Meet the Staff
Professional Experience
Ted is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire with reciprocity in all fifty states. He has 25 years of experience in public accounting, including a senior position with a large accounting firm and management of a small firm eventually leading to ownership. With hard work, compassion and integrity Ted developed McCafferty and Company, P.C. beginning as a sole owner to the regional firm it is today.
Educational Background
Ted received his B.S. degree in business administration and accounting from Northeastern University. Ted has successfully completed all course materials and licensing requirements in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Ted is a licensed insurance producer and member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Ted also holds certificates of educational achievements in Non Profit accounting, personal financial planning and business valuations.
Professional Associations
Ted holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Societies of Certified Public Accountants. Over the years he has served as a member, director and officer of various charitable organizations. Ted spends his personal time coaching youth hockey.

Steve is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Hampshire and has over 26 years of experience in the public sector. He is the Managing Partner of McCafferty & Company’s Nashua, NH office.
Steve has served a broad range of clients in a variety of sectors. Experience includes income tax planning and preparation of income tax filings, audit engagements, and management advisory services for individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and non-profit clients.
Educational Background
Steve holds a B.A. degree in Business & Economics from St. Anselm College, and a Master of Science in Accountancy degree from Bentley University.

Steve holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants.
He is actively involved with several local charitable and Masonic organizations. Steve is a Past Master of Ancient York Lodge # 89, F.&A.M. in Nashua, NH and has served as Presiding Officer of local Scottish Rite York Rite Masonic Bodies. He recently was elevated to the 33rd degree of the Scottish Rite Masons.
Professional Experience
Stan is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Hampshire and Maryland and has over 40 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Experience includes supervisory experience with an international public accounting firm in Baltimore, MD as well as ownership of a local accounting firm in NH acquired by McCafferty & Company.
In addition to his public accounting background, Stan was a region controller for a publicly held company for 9 years, as well as manager owner of several other businesses.
Due to his diverse experience, Stan adds multiple levels of skills to our organization and brings accounting, financial planning, tax skills and practicality to client relationships.
Educational Background
Stan received his B.S. Degree in Accounting from New Hampshire College (currently Southern New Hampshire University).

Stan holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Hampshire and Maryland Societies of Certified Public Accountants. During his career he has also been associated with and helped found various non-profit organizations, and held several chair positions with the Manchester, NH Chamber of Commerce.

Donna is an Enrolled Agent with 30 years of experience preparing and reviewing individual tax returns. She has been a tax manager in all her past and present accounting firms. Due to the great diversity of her clientele, she is proficient at all levels of complex tax preparation and review.
Educational Background
Donna has a B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.

Donna is a member in good standing in the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Massachusetts Association of Enrolled Agents. She is also is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.
